I spoke to Doug several times about the situation, he was very thoughtful and kind. He rearranged his schedule and went out of his way to resolve our problem while my husband was in the hospital. Our old heater had to be removed, Doug was able to install a new Navien water heater in record time. He was very anxious for our house to have hot water when my husband came home from the hospital. About two weeks ago my old water heater hastened the decision. I got two quotes and one reality check. ETâ s quote was within $25 of the other, the reality check was a non-starter. The decision was tipped based on reviews of the equipment ET installs - it seemed to best fit our intended use and light routine maintenance requirements.

Doug and Greg did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it.

We converted from electric hot water to propane to get the most benefit available to us. We already had a 500 gal propane tank (thereâ s no natural gas in my neighborhood). The existing gas line wasnâ t easily found where I thought it was, so ET had to trench further than expected to find the propane source and I changed the location where the tankless unit would be mounted in the garage. Doug was extremely fair on the additional cost of those changes.

We ran into a scheduling issue when we got an 1â of rain - the first rain in 110 days. Canâ t blame ET for the rain. Doug was excellent letting us know how the schedule changed. We still had hot water while we waited, but it took a couple days longer for an emergency project ET had for a family without hot water and two little children. As a business executive, I understand and appreciate an appropriate sense of urgency - the family without hot water had to come first. As a customer, itâ s great to know that we would get the same sense of urgency if we had an emergency situation.

Iâ m extremely satisfied with the result. Doug, Greg and the team are professionals in every sense of the term. I wouldnâ t hesitate to use them again. read less

It's been a really good decision.This setup needed an additional electrical hookup for a 100Amp line. Exclusively Tankless works with a local electrical company (Creative Electric) and they seem to work well together. The tankless water heater is awesome. We don't run out of hot water anymore. No issue with the flow rate and water temp is really good (you can dial it in on the unit). It also takes a much smaller footprint since it hangs on the wall is fairly compact.Just a heads up. If you need an electric heater you'll likely need that 100Amp line to be added and that's an extra cost. You kinda need to help coordinate and confirm your electrical and plumbing work. We had some miscommunication regarding scheduling at the beginning, but Exclusively Tankless came through at the end and did some good work. Would recommend. read less

And just so you know, Exclusively Tankless doesn't offer crappy brands, so you will possibly find a lower price, but be careful with the low-cost folks. Doug installed a Navien 180S in my home. From beginning to end, he did not try to upsell me for a unit I did not need. They did an awesome job installing the unit. Listened to me and answered all my questions. Price was great. Service is the best. Showed up on time for the estimate and early to install. Their truck broke down so they scheduled to pick up the old unit the next day... they showed up and took it away! They keep their word and we love the new tank-less water heater.

Our 'Eternal' Tankless water heater started leaking and popped the GFI. I learned that the company had gone out of business a year or so after we installed the unit three years ago. We are in San Diego and started hunting for someone locally to repair it. Doug at ET was the only one I talked to that was knowledgeable on the unit and could help. I sent Doug a picture of the leaking part and he knew exactly what it was and how to fix it. He sent me the new part at no charge, I only had to pay $10. for the one day UPS shipping. He walked me through the procedure on replacing the part, testing and startup. It was really easy and I fixed it myself with his direction. He probably saved me $2,000.+ for a new unit, which what most of the local guys were quoting me. If I have a problem with the unit in the future, Doug will be the first person I call. Also, I have several friends in the Phoenix area and will definitely recommend ET/Doug to them. We've got hot water again, life is good. Thanks again Doug. read less

I feel that the truth in a honest review comes after a year or so when the product or service has had a chance for the long term time test. It has now been 2 years and I don't know what I would have done without the tankless water heater Exclusively Tankless, Inc installedEvery single dad with teenage girls I have not had a hot shower in 4 years. After the girls get up and go to school I don't have enough time to wait for the water heater to recycle. Now I never ever run out of hot water.Exclusively Tankless send me a text at least once a year to see how things are going. They even came out and did a routine service inspection and clean up at no charge. This is the way America used to do business.This is an outstanding Arizona company and I highly recommend them. read less
